Instructions for ALL cards
Card Base will be cut to either 4 ¼ X 11 (score at 5 1/2)OR 5 ½ x 8 ½ (score at 4 ¼)
BEFORE starting card, unless otherwise noted, fold card in half and press the fold as flat as you can.
Ink Pad: Basic Black
Markers: Stampin’ Write 2009 In-Colors Set
Card Base: Basic Black - (4 ¼ X 11)
Cut pieces: Whisper White 1 ¾ X 2 ½ & 5 ¼ X 4 (inside)
Crushed Curry 2 X 2 ¾
Ribbon: 20” White Grosgrain
1. Stamp the “fan” leaf image from the Leaf
Lines set on the small Whisper White cardstock, slightly to the top and again
on the large Whisper White cardstock, to the bottom right corner, stamping off
slightly.

Color the image on the small piece in using the Crushed Curry Stampn’
Write Marker.
3. Stamp the Happy New Year from the Teeny Tiny
Wishes set under the image above.
4. Adhere the Whisper White cardstock to the
Crushed Curry cardstock.
5. Adhere this piece to the right of the card,
centering the top and the bottom and an equal amount on the right side.
6. Tie the ribbon to the left of the card
front.
7. Adhere the large piece or Whisper White to
the inside RIGHT of the card base (this gives you a place to write)
You’re finished!
Step it up a little:
Step it up:
BEFORE anything else,
1. use Whisper White Craft Ink to stamp the “fan”
image onto the front of the card stock randomly, being sure to stamp off the
edges (wipe off any ink that is on the “stem” of the stamp before stamping).
2. Sprinkle
White Embossing Powder over the images and tap off excess (re-use the excess
by putting it back into the jar).
3. Using the
Heat Tool, heat the images until they “pop.”
(This is best done in small sections, as the ink will
begin to dry and it needs to be wet for the embossing powder to adhere)
4. Follow rest of instructions above.
NOW You’re finished!
