This is one of the cards we made at last weekend's Stampin' Up! Regional Event. First, notice the mini hearts punched out from the bottom of the Old Olive card stock. These appear on the envelope flap with brads to close the flap!
The stamp set is Send Me Soaring from the new Occasions Mini Catalog. Notice the little round extension of the right. Simply "twirl" this and you get this:
Twirl it again and get this:
