This is the card I made for my youngest daughter's birthday. She said she loved it. I used the Create a Cupcake stamp set and the Build a Cupcake Punch from Stampin' Up!'s Occasions Mini Catalog and the Ice Cream paper and ribbon that you can only get for FREE from the Sale-a-Bration Catalog!
I also used the Scalloped Edge Punch on the Ice Cream paper on the front and the Whisper White on the inside. Here's the inside:
I stamped 25 candles for her "quarter of a century" birthday! Don't know how she's that old, even my mother is only 29 and holding!
