This weekend I created some more items using Stampin' Up!'s Big Shot. I'll show them to you throughout the week. They are all fast and easy and take little explanation, but leave a comment and let me know if you like them or not!
The first one is a child's hat I bought already made and added the decorations. These are cut witht the Leaves # 2 Orginal Die in a variety of felt colors. I added some netting over some to give them a different texture/feel. The ribbon is from my "stash" - every crafter and seamtress has a "stash" somewhere, don't we? I loosly stitched the leaves and ribbon to the hat and then used the glue gun to get them set and in place.

So, of course, I had to do gloves:

These flowers are from the Island Floral Bigz Die. This die is desgined to be able to make lies, so has wholes in the center. Here, I used a Rhinestone brad to attach the flowers to the glove. I put them right next to the seam and opened the brad ends far enough to "bend back" and get lost in the weave so they don't hurt your hand putting the glove on. Another advantage to doing it this way is that you can change the colors of the flowers to match each outfit you wear them with!
I'll post more ideas for gifts and useful things you can do with the Big Shot tomorrow!
Happy Stamping! or, in this case, Happy Creating!
